There seem to be some third-party software, but I am not sure if they would solve the exact problem I have. So what I am asking, is there anyone who knows a way I can get a USB Headset (With mic) to playback my voice instantly when talking?

However, when using the USB cable from the headset, with the mic attached to it, it seems the only option I can find is the "Listen to this device" which has a lag on my voice, making it seem like I'm talking over myself. I've tested using the headset with the 3.5 Audio Jack, and using a table microphone, and I can get my voice to playback instantly. But after hours of searching and testing, I can't get it to playback my voice without a delay on it.

Intentions were to get a headset I would mainly use when playing online games and skyping. I recently bought the "HyperX Cloud II" when my cheap table microphone starting performing badly.
